For those of you who may not be familiar with the story of St. Elizabeth of Hungary, whom our little church is named after, here is a link where you can learn about her!

Another great year is on the books
It was another great mass out at St. Elizabeth's for 2008. There was a slightly smaller turn out than previous years, but it was wonderful all the same. Once I get the pictures off my camera, I will post some new ones from this year.

Dear friends and extended family,
Warm greetings from Rome. This year's Mass at St Elizabeth's will be later than in previous years, as I will be finishing my term at the Pontifical Council for Promoting Christian Unity at the end of August, and won't be coming home prior to moving home definitively at that time. While it may be in harvest season, after seeking advice of a number of people, we have chosen Sunday, September 7th for the annual celebration. We'll tentatively schedule the celebration for 2 p.m. and I will let you know if there is any change. Feel free to pass on the date and time of the celebration to anyone who you think may be interested.
With all good wishes,
Don Bolen
